I think the goods you order should be delivered in a cart that then parks in front of the shop, where the goods are neatly stacked and you or your helpers unload them.&#13;
&#13;
That would also be much more realistic, since nobody, even back then, just dumped things in front of the shop/house door.&#13;
&#13;
That would also eliminate a really bad reason not to buy it. It's one of the reasons that also puts me off buying it, in addition to a few others I've already mentioned in a thread.&#13;
&#13;
Basically, I'm just waiting for a demo so I can test how annoying these shortcomings really are, or for patches that fix them. Then I'll gladly buy the game.</content>

    <content type="text/plain">When I had the quest to purchase paint from the Paint Vendor, I went over and spoke with him and then purchased the Blue Can of Paint for $1.00 and it showed up in the store. The next day, I went back and purchased (I thought) another can of Blue Paint for another $1.00 but could not find my purchase anywhere. I searched around the vendor, in the store where the other paint can showed up, in the street in front of the store, etc. Never did find it. So, the next day, I thought, let me try this again. I just went back, purchased another $1.00 can of Blue Paint and same thing, I can not find it anywhere assuming it shows up in one of those (3) places. Just reporting this as a BUG or someone tell me where you find purchased paint? . . .OK, I figured it out, literally by accident. I assumed the paint would be delivered to me like everything else in a box or something but instead it shows up in your inventory screen and you have to tab over to that particular tab (paint) and select it.</content>

    <content type="text/plain">So after hiring 1 cashier and 3 stockers. Cashier works great. The stockers however. Thier work tasks need to be seperated. Currently if the beans need to be stocked then all 3 head to stock the beans while the corn flour is going empty. Just using these as examples. 1 worker should be claiming, so to speak, the beans while another claims the corn flour.&#13;

With the current system you can throw as many bodies t stocking as you want but the results will always be the same. Them not being able to keep up with stocking the shelves.</content>

    <content type="text/plain">At the beginning I used to stack and sort all storage boxes myself for a fast refill and also an easy overview which product needs to be restocked. Took me some time each day but it was worth it (snapping for boxes would help a great deal). As soon as I got my 2nd employee this resulted in a huge problem because they walk right through it no matter where I placed my stacks, kicking boxes all over the place. This made having a quick overview and easy restocking shelves impossible. &#13;

Would be cool if it was possible to either snapp boxes together like the NPCs do in storage or disable the collision box of itemboxes altogether for NPCs.</content>

When boxes are stack in storage there is no way to know which product is where without making a complete mess via picking up each box after the other and throwing it to the ground until I find the product I'm looking for. It would be cool to either have a sticker also at each side of the box or have a HUD info for the objects I look at (maybe even giving me the contents numer (e.g. Coffee 3x) so I know which box to take first.</content>

3. Dusk. This has been adjusted according to the update information. However: It's getting dark, but when I go outside, it suddenly gets light again and then dark again.&#13;

    <content type="text/plain">Two shelf changes for consideration, going a long way to improve restocking issues. These shelves could be higher-level unlocks.&#13;
&#13;
1. Larger width shelves, 1.5x or 2x width. A long small (item) shelf could hold 18 items across instead of 9, or even moreso because of the lack of a middle divider.&#13;
&#13;
2. Double or triple depth shelves. This means multiple rows of products can be stored on a shelf, allowing for far more storage before running out. For example, a triple-depth and double-width small (item) shelf could hold 21 items a row x 3 rows = 63 items. &#13;
&#13;
This addresses many stocker automation problems in the game:&#13;
&#13;
1. Items are removed by customers faster than they can be restocked&#13;
2. boxes can hold 15 items but some shelves only hold 4, so restockers fill many shelves with 1 item&#13;
3. single customers buying an entire shelf of items at once&#13;
4. stockers refilling small shelves and constantly returning half-filled boxes to the stockroom&#13;
5. constantly needing to buy stock from the catalog</content>

Customer 1 was satisfied, Customer 2 was dissatisfied because they couldn't find the wild boar leg, Customer 3 was satisfied, Customer 4 was dissatisfied because the scoop was too expensive, etc. I think it would be clearer and more meaningful if the customer experiences were summarized. For example: 4 customers were dissatisfied because they couldn't find milk, 3 customers were dissatisfied because the scoop was too expensive, and 32 customers were satisfied. This would provide a better and faster overview of the problems in the store.</content>

We start with some items which aren't exacly the nicest-looking ones plus some shelves have obviously more advanced version. Thus removing them would be good idea for player to arrange aesthetics of his shop and house.</content>

The should snap to each other, to walls, etc. Rotation options could be reduced to 45 degree angles, I think the almost free rotation right now makes it impossible to have a neat layout for multiple shelves adjacent to each other.</content>

    <content type="text/plain">1. The warehouse restocking employee should only restock items where there are already items in the inventory. Otherwise, they block free spaces for items that aren't yet in the store. This happened to me, and I then had no chance to rearrange them, as the crates were thrown away at the same time—which is actually a good thing.&#13;

2. This brings me to the point that it would be good to be able to buy empty crates or retrieve them from the trash so that you can reorganize.&#13;
&#13;
3. It would simplify the game if the items were displayed when I hovered over them with my mouse. Especially with the crates. I have to pick up each crate individually to find out what product is inside.&#13;
&#13;
4. The thought bubble for customers when something is missing or too expensive. The graphics often look very similar, so I can't tell which item is being discussed. Either spell it out or display it when I hover over the bubble.</content>
