Bug - Clock starts after loading the game

The clock only starts when I open the shop. But if I save the game in the morning while I'm still stocking the shop and then load it, the clock starts before I've flipped the Open/Close sign.

Since the update, my watch just keeps running. I didn't realize the store wasn't open yet until around 4:31 p.m.
