A more comprehensive customer satisfaction report
Currently, each customer is listed individually with their shopping experience. Customer 1 was satisfied, Customer 2 was dissatisfied because they couldn't find the wild boar leg, Customer 3 was satisfied, Customer 4 was dissatisfied because the scoop was too expensive, etc. I think it would be clearer and more meaningful if the customer experiences were summarized. For example: 4 customers were dissatisfied because they couldn't find milk, 3 customers were dissatisfied because the scoop was too expensive, and 32 customers were satisfied. This would provide a better and faster overview of the problems in the store.
