Add option to purchase new shops for expansion and specialisation

As in title. The game description contains promise for player being able to expand and create his own - here quote "trade district". So far player can only expand his own starting shop but it has limits. So maybe one day player could buy empty buildings around the town to organize more dedicated type shops for commertial expansion?
